Please call Tencom at (731) 288-8000 to schedule your remote support session and receive your PIN code. Once you receive your PIN then you'll be prompted to download an ActiveX control and setup the Remote Support service for the first time. One of our friendly and professional technicians will then be able to assist you.

This service is safe and secure. Once we disconnect from your computer we will not be able to reconnect unless you request service from us again and get a new PIN code.
